Care is human.
Coordination should be, too.

Wardsora is a startup concept focused on the work between clinical tasks: the handoff, the room preparation, the capacity discussion, and the issue waiting for an owner.

Our purpose

Make operational
work easier to follow.

Hospital teams make hundreds of small coordination decisions throughout the day. Much of that work happens across calls, messages, meetings, and private notes. When the context is scattered, the next person has to reconstruct what is happening.

The idea behind Wardsora is to give those teams a shared operating picture. Bring the current state, the responsible team, and the next action together so that coordination is easier to understand.

Our focus is operational clarity. The concept supports the people doing the work while leaving clinical judgement and care decisions with qualified professionals.

Principles behind the product

Clear enough for
a busy hospital day.

01

Keep responsibility visible

Every operational item should make it easier to identify the coordinating team and understand the next action.

02

Show the dependency

A status is more useful when it helps explain what is waiting and which task could move things forward.

03

Respect local context

Care settings differ. A useful operating view should begin with a team’s actual workflow and agreed language.
